Creating a design that seamlessly integrates into the lives of those who are still virtual and are hopping from meeting to meeting. XEBEC FOCUS incorporates the ideas of transparent notes, automatic screen warmers, warnings about your mic, and an automatic background switch when share your screen.

Through interviewing, creating journey maps, conducting competitive analysis, and working with tech team's constraints, we were able to understand this project better.

In order to create that seamlessness, we used the existing design princples and UI langauges for both MacOS and Windows, so that the language of the design would already be familiar to users.

Making sure to create a version that was compatible with Windows as well.

After completing the product design in Figma, while tech worked on implementation, the design team worked on how XEBEC might market this application based on their existing website and branding.
