When creating a digital space for climbers around the world, I need to create a brand that relates to climbs around the world. How do I accomplish that? And how does this identity system apply to the UI UX design of the app?

is it a typo?

There isn't a typo in asend's name. Sends are what we call a route that we were able to finish, so it's a play on words: a send & ascend.


our mission

Our mission at asend is to give the supportive climbing comm- unity that already exists in person a space in the digital world. Not only creating that supportive environment, but also managing everything about your gym membership and staying up to date with the latest route setting at your local gym! We also have training that can help climbers at any level. Stay connected, commit to that move, and let's send it together!


the logo

The logo mark is a symbol of an A, a mountain, and an arrow going up. The marks above are a reminiscent of sunlight and a celebration!
